Ken is an experienced yoga teacher offering mindful classes that incorporate balance, strength, flexibility, and breath awareness. His teaching is guided by wisdom gained through dedicated practice and shared with clarity, intention, and authenticity.
Trained with Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee at The Yoga Shanti in NYC and a 200-hour RYT graduate of Evenflow Yoga in Red Bank, Ken teaches Gentle, Yin, Vinyasa, and Power yoga. His classes support stress reduction, body awareness, and inner balance—inviting students to move with ease, presence, and purpose.
