Elizabeth Kirk has been in the fitness world her entire life. She began her dancing career at the age of 3. Elizabeth graduated with a BFA in dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. She then began teaching a variety of dance classes at studios throughout N.J.
While utilizing her background in dance, Liz naturally expanded her repertoire of teaching to include Pilates, Yoga-based cardio classes, and strength training. She also holds multiple certifications in the patented functional movement form called bodyArt.
Liz believes deeply in the mind-body connection and is always looking for new ways to enhance her practice. She brings her passion for growth and years of discipline to her students to create a class experience unlike any other.
