Allison LaRochelle received her first yoga teacher certification in Bodhi Yoga Academy's Tinton Falls, NJ 200hr yoga teacher training program in the summer of 2018. Since then, she has stumbled upon and fallen in love with the LYT yoga method, pioneered by physical therapist, yoga teacher extraordinaire, Lara Heimann.

She received her second 200 hr certification in her Level 1 LYT training in 2020, and is currently pursuing her Level 2 300hr certification. This is an anatomy based, functional yoga style that Allison is passionate about sharing with her students because she believes moving intelligently in your body lights up the spirit and brings more awareness within and without.
